The PROCESS: What We Do In a Ministry Session
The PROCESS of TPM is what we actually do during a ministry session. It is the protocol or procedure we follow. The following articles and videos will help to aid you in your understanding of administering a TPM session. These articles and videos are designed to supplement the fuller training and should be used in that context.
Watch for additional articles and videos will be added to this list on a regular basis. We will also continually revise and up date the articles already posted.
Please do not assume that “one time through will do.” The average person will only retain about 12-15% of what they read. Please take your preparation seriously and become an expert in this training. Be as sharp a “tool” as possible in the hand of God.

Pulling an oldy out of the archives today, “healing life’s hurts” referencing it as a path taken back in my early thirties. I am excited this site is available and look forward to discovering more about, where I’ve been and where, I’m going. May God continue to bless you and your family.
Is it not possible for us to have a way to “sign in” to the website and then have check boxes by each article? That way we can more systematically work our way through the articles and not miss anything. I know you say it is beneficial to read each article several times, but I’d like to read each article at least once! As it is, I feel like I’ve read the first articles many times and the last ones not at all! There can even be a check box at the bottom saying “clear checks” so that we can start over again. As it is, I come to this long list of articles and can’t remember where I last left off. So I start reading somewhere near where I think it was, but then I realize other articles have been added in between, and I try to think when was it I last was on? And I end up feeling like not starting again as I don’t feel like I’m getting anywhere. For those of us who like to systematically work through something, this is all too haphazard. I feel like I’m treading water but not making any progress! (And what comes to mind as you focus on that feeling?!? …. 🙂
I just wrote a suggestion about allowing us to “sign in” and have check boxes to help us systematically work through the material. Another possible benefit to signing in (I am not a web designer, so I don’t even know if it is possible), but I would find it very helpful to be able to highlight and keep highlights of what I am reading. My last TPM workbook was like a second Bible, and whenever I had a challenging ministry session, I would go back to my extensive highlights in that, and skim it to find the parts I needed to read more thoroughly to see what I could have done better. As I am now reading through this current material, I keep thinking, “oh, that’s a good point. I wish I could highlight it!” Is that even possible? I think it would help us to review and remember the material better.
This might be a feature in the future. Right now we are working on content development and not so much functionality. However, you can print out the articles and make your own temporary manual.
Thanks
Again, this is a work in progress. It is not anywhere near complete. We have given very little attention to order or form at this point. You have been invited to partake of what is available as it is ready. Sorry for the trouble, however, the other option was wait until it was all done and then open it up. We felt the better option was to make it available as we could so that you would have something. In the meantime everyone will need to do the best they can. If this feels badly, TPM can help.
Blessings
